Return Policy for Replacement Parts

At TruckStuffHQ.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return a replacement part, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   Replacement parts can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Shipping:
   The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

3. Restocking Fee:
   All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Authorization:
   Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at 800-983-2787 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be included with your shipment to ensure proper processing.

5. How to Initiate a Return:
   To start the return process, call 800-983-2787 or email us at rga@ltamanufacturing.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and an RA#.

6. Refund Processing:
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

*All EGR Parts ordered from TruckStuffHQ.com will need to qualify for EGR's return policy in order to be returned.
